How I Became A Badfinger Fan
back in 1972 i heard 'day after day' on the radio and someone said, hey, that's the beatles.i knew of badfinger through 'come and get it' but just didn't put it together all at once. the slide guitar on day after day HAD to be harrison and tho it didn't exactly saound like mccartney, it sure had a beatle flair. anyway, after i heard that, then came 'baby blue' and i've been hooked ever since. sometimes i listen to 'wish you were here' and think these guys are like beethovan or something.maybe that's how they will eventually be remembered. as masters.
